We have the answer. There is a solution. Take back your property. Help us help you. Let us know where cat populations exist. Our goal is to assist in fixing 100 cats in April, May, and June. Spring Cleaning???

The Huron County Humane Society will be collecting your gently used items from Friday thru Tuesday, April 12 – 16 at the shelter (246 Woodlawn Avenue, Norwalk) during open hours for a huge rummage sale fundraiser at Roll It Forward. The shelter is OPEN Tuesdays - 1 to 6 pm; Wed. thru Saturday - 1 to 5 pm and closed on Sunday & Monday.

 

Come out and find that special treasure! Shop and support the Huron County Humane Society at the Roll It Forward Rummage Sale located at the old Avery Outlet Mall at 11001 US Highway 250 N, Milan (Avery) behind McDonald’s, across from Ehove. The HCHS will be hosting the sale in Avery on Friday, April 19 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donations will also be accepted during this time in Avery at the back door of the building.

The owner Mary Ann Hipp graciously provides this store front at no cost to non-profits each weekend February through November to assist them in raising funds to continue their missions.

 

There are clothes, housewares, glassware, furniture, toys, crafts, home décor, seasonal items, lawn care, tools, shoes and more. The HCHS will post some of the items for sale on their Facebook page during the sale. For any questions call Darla at 440-315-3308. Thank you for your support!

Eclipse Bingo! Come join the fun!

Come Join the Fun!  The Huron County Humane Society will host BINGO on Sunday, April 7, 2024 in the Expo Building at the Huron County Fairgrounds (940 Fair Road, Norwalk, OH) from noon till 5 pm. No need to stay for the whole event.  Play one game at a time.  Each sheet of three cards will be $1.  The WINNER of each game splits the pot (proceeds from that game) with the shelter animals.  We will also be selling pull tab games.  Must be at least 18 years old to participate.  Please call 419-663-7158 if you have any questions.
